Data Usage

The Data Usage page allows you to monitor and manage data usage for customer accounts. It provides insights into usage patterns, including download, upload, and total data consumption, along with the time of access. This feature helps users track data consumption, ensuring that accounts are using data within their allocated limits and identifying any potential overages.

Key details include:

• Usage Date: The date when the data usage occurred.

• Download: The total amount of data downloaded.

• Upload: The total amount of data uploaded.

• Total: The combined total of download and upload data.

• Access Time: The time at which the data usage was recorded.

Filters

The page offers filters such as Date to filter data usage by a specific date or range, and Account Name to select an account from the dropdown list for viewing its data usage.

Note: By default, the report data does not load automatically. Users must first select an account from the Account Name dropdown, which is populated with partner accounts. Importantly, partners can only view the data usage for their own accounts and are restricted from accessing data for other partners.

Steps to View Data Usage

Navigate to Reports > Data Usage

This report helps users maintain control over data consumption, ensuring proper usage tracking and preventing unauthorized access to other accounts' data.
