Manage Payment Request


Displays detailed information about payment requests, including the status and specifics of each request to ensure effective management and tracking.

  • Request Date: The date when the payment request was made.

  • User Name: The name of the user who made the payment request.

  • Request Type: The type of request, such as Smarter Points or other categories.

  • Amount: The total amount requested.

  • Payment Status: The current status of the payment, such as pending or completed.

  • Reference Number: A unique identifier for the payment request.

  • Payment Date: The date when the payment was processed or completed.

  • Last Activity: The most recent action taken regarding the payment request.

Filters

  • Date: Filter requests by a specific date range.

  • Type: Filter by request type, such as Smarter Points.

  • Status: Search by request status, including Closed, Cancelled, Verified, Approved, or Open.

  • Payment Status: Filter by payment status, such as Success or Failure.

  • Quick Search: Use keywords to quickly find specific payment requests.

Adding a Payment Request

To add a new payment request, select the request type. For Smarter Points requests, the system will display relevant fields where you can enter:

  • Mobile Number: The recipient's contact number.

  • Points: The amount of Smarter Points requested.

  • Remarks: Additional comments or notes regarding the request.

  • Type: Specify the type of incentive, such as General Incentive.

  • Comments: Any further details or attachment for the request.

Steps to Manage Payment Request

Navigate to Incentive > Manage Payment Request

Here, you can view, filter, and manage payment requests, ensuring efficient handling of all requests and transactions.
