The View Transaction page provides a comprehensive overview of transaction types and details, enabling you to track and manage financial activities effectively.
Transaction Types
Invoice: Represents charges billed to a customer.
Payment: Records payments made by the customer.
CreditNote: Issued for refunds or adjustments, reducing the customer's account balance.
Journal: Records financial transactions, such as adjustments or internal transfers.
Details Displayed
On the View Transaction page, you can see key information for each transaction, including:
Document Date: The date of the transaction.
Document Number: A unique identifier for the transaction.
Account Name: The name of the customer associated with the transaction.
Transaction Type: Specifies whether the transaction is an Invoice, Payment, CreditNote, or Journal.
Credit: The amount credited to the account.
Debit: The amount debited from the account.
Steps to View Transactions
Navigate to Account > View Transaction
You can filter and search transactions by date range, account name, or transaction type (Invoice, Payment, CreditNote, or Journal).
