CAF

The Manage CAF page helps partners efficiently handle Customer Application Forms (CAF) by providing a centralized platform to create, track, and manage all CAF-related tasks. Partners can create CAF drafts, update customer details, and attach necessary documents. However, the verification of the CAF is performed by an authorized person, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Once verified, the CAF cannot be edited by anyone. The page also provides tools to send or download CAFs, helping partners maintain smooth communication with customers and ensuring proper documentation throughout the process.

1. Manage CAF

  • Details: Displays important CAF information such as Date, Customer Name, Mobile Number, Department, Designation, Status (Sent or Pending), Verified By, and Signed Date.

  • Options:

    • Download CAF: Allows downloading the CAF as a PDF.

    • Mail CAF: Sends the CAF to the customer via email.

  • Filters: Filter CAF records by Date or use Quick Search to find specific records quickly.

2. Add CAF

  • Create CAF: Allows the partner to create a CAF draft with Customer Name, Address, Email ID, Mobile Number, and the option to add multiple attachments.

  • Unverified CAF: The draft CAF will initially remain unverified.

    You can update details like Name, Address, Email ID, Mobile Number, and add or update attachments until the CAF is verified.

  • Verification:

    • Once the CAF draft is verified, it will become non-editable.

    • No changes can be made to the CAF after it has been verified to maintain the integrity of the information.

This structured approach ensures that customer onboarding through CAF is well-documented, verifiable, and efficiently managed.
