Dashboard

The Dashboard is your central view of all important account activities related to your fibernet connections. It provides quick access to key account metrics, helping you monitor the overall status of your customer base at a glance.

  • Active Accounts: This section displays the total number of customer accounts that are currently active and in good standing. Active accounts are those where services are being provided without any issues.

  • Suspended Accounts: Here, you can view the number of accounts that have been temporarily suspended. These accounts may be under suspension due to non-payment or other service-related issues.

  • Total Accounts: This shows the overall count of all customer accounts, including both active and suspended accounts. It gives you a complete overview of the total customer base.

  • User Online: Displays the number of users currently online and actively using their services, offering a real-time view of system usage.

  • ONU Offline: Shows the number of ONU devices that are currently offline, helping identify and address connectivity issues quickly.

  • SmarterPoints: Displays the total points available for the user, providing a clear view of earned rewards and incentives.

New clickable options have been added to the Dashboard for Active Accounts, Suspended Accounts, Total Accounts, User Online, and ONU Offline, allowing users to quickly access detailed information and track real-time data with ease.

By regularly monitoring these key metrics on the Dashboard, you can maintain a clear understanding of your customer accounts and ensure timely actions for account management.
