The Manage Incoming Payment page offers an organized view of incoming payments, providing a streamlined way to track and manage customer payments across various types and channels.

Payment Details Displayed

On the Manage Incoming Payment page, you can view essential payment information, including:

  • Document Date: The date the payment was recorded.

  • Document Number: A unique identifier assigned to each payment.

  • Contact Name: The name of the customer or organization making the payment.

  • Email: The email address associated with the payment contact.

  • Mobile: The mobile number of the contact for quick communication.

  • Payment Type: Specifies the type of payment, such as postpaid, prepaid, or advance.

  • Amount: The amount received for each payment entry.

Steps to Manage IC Payment

  1. Navigate to Account > Manage IC Payment

    Access this page by going to the Account section and selecting Manage IC Payment.

  2. Filter and Search options

    To help you locate specific payments quickly, you can filter and search by various criteria:

    • Date Range: Select a specific time frame to view payments within that period.

    • Branch: Filter payments by the branch location to focus on regional transactions.
