Switch User

The Switch User functionality allows administrators to access and manage other user accounts directly from their login. This feature is particularly useful for administrators who need to oversee or manage multiple user accounts without logging out of their own session.

Steps to Switch User:

  1. Navigate to the Admin Menu > Manage User.

  2. In the Manage User page, you'll find a list of user accounts.

  3. Under the Options column, there is a Switch User button for each user.

  4. Click the button next to the desired user, and the system will switch to that user’s account.

This feature enables administrators to view all the details and activities of the selected user, helping them manage tasks, troubleshoot issues, or perform necessary actions on behalf of the user.
